Once your order is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details. This confirms that your order has been successfully received and is being processed by our team.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) ,orders placed before 16:00 (GMT/BST, Monday–Friday) are processed on the same business day.
After processing, your order will be dispatched. Shipping typically takes 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday).
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday)., depending on your location and current demand.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@vella-moda.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
