Terms & Conditions – Vella Moda
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:
- Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal
- Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the company
- Day: calendar day
- Ongoing transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services delivered over time
- Durable data carrier: any tool that allows the consumer or company to store information addressed to them in a way that enables future consultation and unchanged reproduction
- Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s ability to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period
- Company: the legal entity offering products and/or services remotely to consumers
- Distance contract: an agreement concluded exclusively through one or more remote communication methods
- Remote communication technique: any method used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and company being physically present together

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers made by Vella Moda and to all distance contracts and orders between the company and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where they can be viewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.
In the case of electronic agreements, these Terms may be provided digitally in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
If additional product or service-specific terms apply, the consumer may always rely on the most favorable provision in case of conflict.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding. Vella Moda reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers.
Product descriptions are as accurate and complete as possible. Images are a fair representation of the products; however, slight variations (such as color differences) may occur and do not automatically entitle the consumer to cancellation.
Each offer includes clear information regarding:
- The price
- The method of contract formation
- Payment, delivery, and execution details
- The right of withdrawal
- The duration of the offer
- Any applicable conditions
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If accepted electronically, the consumer will receive immediate confirmation via email.
Vella Moda ensures appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic transactions.
Orders may be refused or subject to additional conditions if there are valid concerns regarding payment or order reliability.
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
During this period, the product must be handled with care. It may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to evaluate it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Vella Moda within 14 days via email at:

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after cancellation, provided the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
- Products whose seal has been broken
- Products that are clearly personalized
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices remain unchanged during the validity period unless required by legal changes (e.g., VAT adjustments).
Prices may vary due to market fluctuations beyond our control.
Any pricing errors (such as typographical mistakes) do not bind Vella Moda.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
Products comply with the agreement, specifications, and legal requirements.
Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported promptly via support@vella-moda.com.
Warranty does not apply if:
- Products have been altered or repaired by the customer
- Products have been misused or exposed to abnormal conditions
Article 11 – Delivery & Execution
Vella Moda handles all orders with care and delivers products to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Vella Moda currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery location within the UK.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
If an unexpected delay occurs, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
In the event that a product cannot be delivered or becomes unavailable after purchase, Vella Moda reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
All deliveries are carried out through third-party shipping providers.
Article 12 – Duration, Termination & Renewal
Consumers may terminate ongoing agreements at any time, subject to reasonable notice periods.
Fixed-term agreements may not be automatically renewed without consent.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be made within the specified timeframe.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after discovery.
All complaints will be responded to within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, it may result in a dispute.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by the laws of the consumer’s country of residence, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
